The marquee public feature is the Shipyards pier. The pier is a place for the citizens and visitors of Jacksonville to honor the regions past and celebrate our future.Extending 680 feet in the St. Johns River, the existing industrial pier is inherently an asset and place that will be a focal point for the City.
