Siena Lakes is located on a 29-acre site; the project is pursuing LEED certification. A significant portion of building program space is dedicated to common areas and wellness center. The common area includes administrative space, housekeeping, multiple dining rooms served by a common commercial kitchen, a cocktail lounge, a bank, postal outlet, library, game room, guest rooms, an auditorium, a convenience store, and a business center. The wellness center includes a natatorium, locker rooms, exercise rooms, beauty / barber shop, massage rooms, and a clinic with offices and exam rooms. The remaining building area will be divided into 340 independent-living units, 45 skilled nursing beds, 15 memory-care beds, and 20 assisted-living units. The masterplan for Siena Lakes rekindles and engages a waterfront that creates a pedestrian connection and town ambiance for the entire community.
