Conceptual planning for independent buildings in selected areas of Jacksonville and the surrounding regional markets.  This new building “prototype” will be based on Brook’s growing rehabilitation services and partnership with associate healthcare professionals. Creating a repeatable architecture brand identity and standard interior layout is key to the success and financial evaluation of this new facility prototype. It was anticipated the program for this new facility prototype will be approximately 6,000 +/- and will include the program spaces as indicated for the RFP.
